Un dúplex de 90m2 en el 1er piso con terraza privada, justo en el centro de la ciudad, con todas las comodidades a poca distancia.
Planta baja: sala de estar con televisión y WIFI, cocina totalmente equipada (horno, microondas, placa de inducción, Senseo, tostadora, hervidor de agua y lavadora) y un cuarto de ducha con WC.
Arriba hay 3 dormitorios, 1 con cama de matrimonio + cama individual, 1 con cama de matrimonio y 1 dormitorio infantil con 3 camas individuales.
También hay una terraza de 9m2.
Cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas 30 minutos de Colmar, 45 minutos de Estrasburgo etc....
Ubicación ideal para practicar senderismo en verano e invierno, a 15 minutos de la estación de esquí.
Precios: 500 € por semana de abril a junio y de septiembre a noviembre; 600 € por semana en verano (julio/agosto); 700 € por semana de diciembre a marzo.
Periodo de Navidad y Año Nuevo: 800? por semana.
Fin de semana (excepto festivos): 3 días y 2 noches: 160?
Precio fijo de limpieza: 50?
La ropa de cama y las toallas están disponibles en la casa rural a la llegada.
Se admiten animales de compañía.
