La capilla de Maisonsgoutte fue ampliada y renovada en 1737. En 1830, como en muchos lugares del Val de Villé, se debatió sobre una nueva ampliación o un nuevo edificio. El edificio se había quedado pequeño debido al crecimiento de la población. La iglesia estaba en mal estado y se realizaron reparaciones entre 1867 y 1896. No fue hasta la primavera de 1912 cuando comenzó la demolición. La primera piedra se colocó el 7 de julio de 1912 y la nueva iglesia se consagró el 12 de octubre de 1913. Al igual que su predecesor, fue puesto bajo la protección de San Antonio ermitaño, cuya fiesta es el 17 de enero.
