Situado entre la plaza Stanislas y la plaza de la Carrière, L'Arq abrió sus puertas en 1994. Dirigido por Cyril Poirot, que también dirige Le Chat Noir en Nancy y Dijon, el club le acoge de jueves a sábado en un entorno suntuoso y elegante, con cómodos sillones y una iluminación suave para crear un ambiente íntimo. La entrada es gratuita.
Esta sala de 200 m² acoge a una clientela chic y urbana en un ambiente musical general. Cada dos meses, un DJ se pone detrás de los platos y asegura la animación de L'Arq, para gran placer de los noctámbulos de Nancy que vienen a pasar una agradable velada tomando una copa. La descripción técnica del establecimiento es bastante minimalista y sólo incluye algunas liras.
