Situado a 15 minutos de Troyes, esta casa unifamiliar con terreno cerrado puede alojar de 7 a 8 personas para negocios o placer.Planta baja: cocina totalmente equipada, sala de estar (sofá cama disponible bajo petición) con sala de estar y comedor, cuarto de ducha y WC. Planta alta: dos habitaciones dobles (camas 140x190) y una habitación triple (cama 140x190 + cama nido 90x190 convertible en cama 180x190), cuarto de baño (bañera + WC). Hay un sótano para sus vehículos (coches, motos, etc.), un gran jardín cerrado y una amplia terraza con muebles de jardín (plancha, sombrilla, tumbonas, muebles de jardín). Aire acondicionado, calefacción y electricidad incluidos dentro de unos límites razonables (lectura del contador a la llegada y a la salida). Camas hechas a la llegada y ropa de hogar proporcionada (paños de cocina, manteles). ATRACCIONES TURÍSTICAS: Troyes, ciudad medieval con tiendas de fábrica, está a 15 minutos, Nogent sur Seine a 30 minutos.
