Diseñado por el arquitecto paisajista Guillaume Laizé, del taller bordelés Palimpseste, en 2008, el parque de La Lande, de unas 4 hectáreas, se creará en 2010.
Se pueden ver muchas aves alimentándose de semillas e insectos. Los barbechos floridos también contribuyen a la recepción y mejora de la biodiversidad. Se han instalado hoteles de insectos en el parque, así como una exposición sobre el interés de los insectos y los polinizadores silvestres. Por último, un estanque y un arroyo acogen especies de humedales (libélulas, ranas, etc.).
Algunas instalaciones incluyen un teatro al aire libre, una zona de juegos para niños, y se han creado zonas arboladas (abedul, roble, copal, haya, plátano, algarrobo, pino marítimo y paraguas, etc.).
