La granja Aitxinea es miembro de la red France Passion y Bienvenue à la ferme. Jean-Michel le mostrará su granja, descubriendo la elaboración de los quesos de granja y la agricultura en Soule, la provincia del País Vasco. También le explicará el policultivo-ganadería de la granja, la práctica de la trashumancia, y le presentará sus vacas Blonde d'Aquitaine, sus ovejas lecheras, así como sus yeguas y cerdos.
Para las autocaravanas, hay 12 plazas de aparcamiento disponibles.
