El restaurante está ubicado en la orilla derecha, es el hogar familiar de las hermanas Fagegaltier, y aún podemos imaginar los olores de la cocina de Maman Fagegaltier.
Hoy, lo bello y lo bueno del Aveyron: la autenticidad de los sabores sigue ahí, pero la cocina se ha purificado, los vegetales están muy presentes como el pescado, las especias y las hierbas.
