Esta estructura cerrada de mampostería alberga un lavadero de hormigón de entreguerras.
A pesar de la advertencia escrita por los usuarios del lavadero: "Ya basta. Está usted en un lugar público y se emprenderán acciones legales por lanzamiento de piedras, rotura de cristales, lanzamiento de pizarra u otros daños", los tejados de cristal estaban tan dañados que el ayuntamiento tuvo que mandarlos retirar. Se levanta junto a un lavadero más antiguo y modesto construido junto al arroyo Coches, del que quedan algunas piedras planas. Es posible que se utilizara durante el verano.
