Questa struttura in muratura chiusa ospita un lavatoio in cemento armato risalente al periodo tra le due guerre.
Nonostante l'avvertimento scritto dagli utenti del lavatoio: "Basta così. Siete in un luogo pubblico e saranno intraprese azioni legali per lancio di pietre, rottura di finestre, lancio di ardesia o altri danni", i tetti in vetro erano talmente danneggiati che il Comune ha dovuto farli rimuovere. Si trova accanto a un lavatoio più antico e modesto costruito lungo il torrente Coches, di cui rimangono alcune pietre piatte. Forse veniva utilizzato durante l'estate.
