Siguiendo la larga avenida que bordea el mar, se pasa de Petit-Travers, que está unido a la ciudad de Carnon, a Grand-Travers, que está unido a La Grande-Motte. El spot es similar en todos los sentidos, funciona con las mismas direcciones de viento: De sureste a suroeste, y a veces incluso levanta algunas buenas olas, cuando la baja presión es lo suficientemente grande. El viento sopla a favor de la costa, lo que hace que sea un lugar seguro para los principiantes, especialmente porque la playa es relativamente grande y hay mucho espacio para instalarse, aterrizar y despegar.
