Situada en el centro de la ciudad, dispone de más de 10.000 libros (novelas o documentales), revistas, CD y DVD. La entrada y la consulta de los documentos son gratuitas. También puede utilizar el Wifi de forma gratuita. En la primera planta se encuentra el Hall'Expo, un espacio de exposición cultural y variado de entrada gratuita. La inscripción da derecho al préstamo de 6 libros o revistas, 6 CD y 2 DVD durante un periodo de 3 semanas prorrogables
La biblioteca ofrece regularmente actividades gratuitas para niños y adultos

martes y sábado de 9 a 12.30 horas
miércoles de 13 a 19 horas
jueves de 15.30 a 17.30 h.
