Este chalet ofrece todas las comodidades necesarias. Está calificado con 3 estrellas por la oficina de turismo. Los visitantes pueden disfrutar de las diversas actividades que ofrece la ciudad de vacaciones, como la piscina (abierta de junio a septiembre), el jacuzzi, el campo de petanca, la pista de tenis, etc. También hay un bar-restaurante y un gimnasio. El pueblo de vacaciones está rodeado de carriles bici.
El chalet está a 10 minutos en coche de las playas (Lespecier o Mimizan).
Para estancias fuera de la temporada alta, se ofrecen estancias cortas de un mínimo de 3 noches. No se proporcionan sábanas ni ropa de cama.
