Desde hace muchas décadas, el Château de Chambert escucha a una entidad poderosa, que nos hace vivir y que nos hace sentir muchas emociones: la naturaleza.
Es al servicio de esta última a la que nos sometemos cada día gracias a la agricultura biodinámica y a numerosas técnicas vanguardistas, y es ella la que dicta la evasión culinaria de la oferta de restauración del Château de Chambert.
