La datación de esta cruz parece responder al estilo propio de la época flamígera. El siglo XV conoció una evolución en la representación esculpida de las cruces. Los brazos de Cristo se hicieron más largos, los remates más elaborados y la iconografía más precisa. Una de las caras representa a Cristo en la cruz y la otra a la Virgen con el Niño sentados. Un follaje de seis pétalos adorna cada extremo de las ramas de la cruz.
