Nuestro chef, Kévin Le Prévost, elabora sus platos con productos frescos, de temporada y locales. Nuestro objetivo es ser un concepto decididamente local y responsable. Así que antes o después de subir la Duna del Pilat, nuestro equipo estará encantado de recibirle para una pausa gastronómica. Además de una hermosa y amplia pérgola, nuestro restaurante dispone de un comedor interior con calefacción en invierno, para poder recibir a los visitantes durante todo el año.
