El pequeño camino rural, y luego la pista, atraviesan el bosque de Montintin antes de llegar a la entrada de la finca. La casa rural, antigua granja totalmente independiente y sin vistas, se abre a un patio cubierto de hierba en el lado sur y a un gran prado con un estanque privado debajo en el lado norte. Aquí, los pájaros y los animales del bosque son los reyes. La piscina, situada muy cerca del castillo, es compartida por las dos casas rurales de la finca y está abierta de mayo a finales de septiembre de 10:00 a 12:00 y de 14:00 a 19:00, según el tiempo. Hay senderos que rodean la finca y el gran estanque situado bajo el castillo, al que se puede acceder de 10.00 a 12.00 y de 14.00 a 19.00 h. Todas las casas rurales de la finca pueden alojar hasta 29 personas.
