En la granja de Maillofargueix, los visitantes pueden descubrir los pastos ecológicos y las diferentes razas de ovejas en peligro de extinción (Thônes et Marthod y Marron des Aravis de Savoie, Roux du Valais y Nez Noir de Valais Suiza, Rava de Puy de Dôme, Limousine y Limousine tipo "Baraqué") en un entorno rural y virgen en medio de los bosques y páramos de los Monts d'Ambazac. Una minigranja educativa con otros animales (cerdos, gallinas, burros, caballos, etc.) también hace las delicias de grandes y pequeños. La granja también cuenta con un perro protector de rebaños. Posibilidad de visitas para grupos de al menos 10 personas durante todo el año, con cita previa.
