Auf dem Bauernhof von Maillofargueix entdecken die Besucher die Öko-Weidewirtschaft sowie verschiedene vom Aussterben bedrohte Schafrassen (Thônes et Marthod et Marron des Aravis aus Savoyen, Roux du Valais et Nez Noir aus dem Schweizer Wallis, Rava du Puy de Dôme, Limousine und Limousine Typ "Baraqué") in einer ländlichen und geschützten Natur inmitten der Wälder und Heiden der Monts d'Ambazac. Ein pädagogischer Mini-Bauernhof mit anderen Tieren (Schwein, Hühner, Esel, Pferde...) macht ebenfalls Groß und Klein glücklich. Der Bauernhof besitzt außerdem einen Herdenschutzhund. Besuche sind das ganze Jahr über für Gruppen von mindestens 10 Personen nur nach vorheriger Anmeldung möglich.
