Casa rural situada a medio camino (20 km) entre Périgueux, clasificada como "Ville d'Art et d'Histoire" (Catedral de St Front, Tour de Vésone, circuito galo-romano, circuito medieval-renacentista, Tour Mataguerre. museos...) y Les Eyzies de Tayac que es la capital de la prehistoria (una concentración de yacimientos famosos en Les Eyzies de Tayac y en los municipios vecinos forman un conjunto coherente en materia de prehistoria: pinturas rupestres como las de la cueva Font de Gaume, Bara-Bahau o los grabados de Combarelles, Abri du Poisson o Bernifal, Abri Pataud, Laugerie Haute, Laugerie Basse.... sin olvidar el Museo Nacional de Prehistoria y el Centro Internacional de Prehistoria).
