El Rocksane fue creado en 2003 por el municipio de Bergerac (24) con la ayuda de las autoridades locales y el Estado. Está cogestionado por la asociación Overlook.
Es un verdadero lugar adaptado a la promoción y desarrollo de la música amplificada y actual. Es a través de una mezcla de culturas musicales que el Rocksane evoluciona: Rock, reggae, Jazz, Ska, Metal, Electro? El sitio está dedicado tanto a los músicos experimentados como a los aficionados y ofrece tres estudios de ensayo totalmente equipados.
