La capilla de Notre Dame es un edificio románico del siglo X que sufrió transformaciones en el periodo gótico del siglo XVI. La capilla se encuentra a las afueras del pueblo circular de Paulhan, a la altura del cementerio actual. De planta sencilla compuesta por un ábside en forma de callejón sin salida, alberga el mobiliario de la antigua cofradía de los Penitentes Blancos fundada en el siglo XVII.
