La cappella di Notre Dame è un edificio romanico del X secolo che ha subito trasformazioni nel periodo gotico del XVI secolo. La cappella si trova fuori dal villaggio circolare di Paulhan, all'altezza dell'attuale cimitero. Con una pianta semplice composta da un'abside a forma di vicolo cieco, ospita gli arredi dell'antica confraternita dei Penitenti Bianchi fondata nel XVII secolo.
