De kapel Notre Dame is een romaans gebouw uit de 10e eeuw dat in de 16e eeuw in de gotische periode veranderingen onderging. De kapel ligt buiten het ronde dorp Paulhan ter hoogte van het huidige kerkhof. Met een eenvoudig plan, bestaande uit een apsis in de vorm van een doodlopende straat, herbergt het de inrichting van de voormalige broederschap van de Witte Penitenten, gesticht in de 17e eeuw.
