Situada a 500 m del pueblo, accesible por un camino que bordea el Gartempe, esta pequeña fuente se encuentra cerca del antiguo cementerio. Enrasada con el suelo y de forma circular, está bordeada por una cenefa de granito. El fondo está formado por un bloque de granito en el que se ha practicado un orificio circular. Conocido por su frescura y su caudal regular, se le atribuyen virtudes milagrosas. Mucha gente acudía a bañar partes de su cuerpo afectadas por eczemas y otras enfermedades de la piel, o sus ropas, como las mujeres que empapaban los pañales de los niños afectados y los depositaban en el tilo situado junto a ella. Después se arrojaban monedas a la fuente para pedir deseos de curación. También se organizaban romerías hasta alrededor de 1900.
Se dice que esta creencia ha preservado la fuente, pero sus virtudes se debían más al hecho de que se utilizaba para curar
