Este puente medieval, conocido como el "puente de Soubre", está formado por cuatro arcos, con los de medio punto en los extremos y los otros dos con arcos apuntados. Debe su nombre a un fabricante de tapices cuyos talleres se encontraban en las inmediaciones. En el siglo XVI, Felletin era una ciudad próspera en la que se desarrollaron numerosas industrias, como molinos harineros, curtidurías, fábricas de papel y tintorerías El río proporcionaba la energía necesaria para el funcionamiento de los numerosos molinos.
Junto al puente se encuentra un poste que simboliza el impuesto que había que pagar para introducir determinadas mercancías en la ciudad. Declarado Monumento Histórico en 1926.
