Deze middeleeuwse brug, bekend als de 'Soubre Bridge', bestaat uit vier bogen, met de ronde bogen aan beide uiteinden en de andere twee met spitsbogen. De brug is vernoemd naar een tapijtfabrikant wiens werkplaatsen zich vlakbij bevonden. In de 16e eeuw was Felletin een welvarende stad waar zich een groot aantal industrieën ontwikkelde, waaronder meelfabrieken, leerlooierijen, papierfabrieken en ververijen De rivier leverde de energie die nodig was om de vele molens te laten draaien.
Naast de brug zie je de octrooipaal, die symbool staat voor de belasting die moest worden betaald om bepaalde goederen de stad binnen te brengen. In 1926 op de monumentenlijst geplaatst.
