El local, que fue una ferretería, ha conservado su alma y se ha transformado en una brasserie de estilo bistró. Viejas estanterías, una caja registradora anticuada, un gran mostrador, paredes y muebles toscos pero eficaces: el ambiente del mostrador de Saint-Sernin es auténtico y vintage. En los platos: productos etiquetados y regionales acompañados de vino de la bodega de 80 personas.
El plus: el brunch del domingo al mediodía.
