El castillo del "Domaine du Griffier", a 15 minutos de Niort, es un hotel de 3 estrellas con 33 habitaciones rehechas, de las cuales 27 están clasificadas como "3 estrellas" y 6 habitaciones "estándar" recientemente amuebladas en el ala de la antigua vivienda.
Se sitúa al pie de la salida n°33 de la autopista A10 (París-Burdeos) y a orillas de la RN 150 Niort-Burdeos.
Este edificio del siglo XVIII, de 7 hectáreas, consta de dos salas de recepción de 380 m2, hasta 330 personas sentadas y 210 m2, hasta 180 personas sentadas, más 8 salas de seminario hasta 50 personas perfectamente equipadas.
Una piscina cubierta con zona fitness, un restaurante "La Table de Sébastien" abierto a todos (salvo petición especial, cerrado los sábados mediodía, los domingos todo el día y los días festivos).
Climatización únicamente en las zonas comunes.
Receptionista hasta las 23:30.
