¿Es difícil encontrar en Châtellerault un salón de té abierto de 9:00 a 18:00, 6 días a la semana (fines de semana incluidos)? Aquí tiene un lugar cálido y acogedor con una decoración elegante en pleno centro de la ciudad. Una amplia selección de bebidas calientes: cafés brasileños, tés ingleses a granel... y bebidas frías. Estas bebidas irán acompañadas de diferentes tipos de pasteles y tartas: cupcakes, cookies, English Cake... todo casero.
Complementaré mi oferta con fórmulas para el desayuno y platos ligeros a la hora del almuerzo, y el servicio continuará con la hora del té.
Los sábados y domingos, los clientes podrán disfrutar de un brunch casero, y Citron et Cerise ofrecerá también el primer brunch de Châtellerault.
También me gustaría organizar fiestas, meriendas de cumpleaños y eventos especiales con cita previa. Con el tiempo, ofreceré clases de cocina.
