El Monumento Nacional de los Incorporados a la Fuerza fue erigido en 1956 por la sección cantonal de la ADEIF de Obernai, en memoria de las 272 víctimas, muertas o desaparecidas del cantón durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial.
El mirador ofrece una magnífica panorámica de la ciudad de Obernai y una vista del Monte Sainte-Odile
También es el punto de partida de la ruta del vino de Schenkenberg.
