Un mirador que domina el arroyo Sombre en su confluencia con el embalse de Chastang, ofreciendo un panorama excepcional de las Gargantas del Dordoña.
Los acantilados y las rocas de los alrededores sirven de refugio a dos aves habituadas a estos entornos rocosos, el halcón peregrino (Falco peregrinus) y el cuervo común (Corvus corvax).
Para los excursionistas, el sendero "Les Gorges de la Dordogne", que parte de la pista forestal de Chapeloune, es un buen lugar para detenerse.
