Cuatro siglos después del primer periodo de construcción, el final de la Guerra de los Cien Años supuso un nuevo impulso, sobre todo arquitectónico.
En el siglo XVI, se privilegiaron dos plantas: la planta rectangular y la planta de cruz, de la que la iglesia de Ruvigny es un ejemplo ejemplar. Sus vidrieras del siglo XVI, que representan a San Thibault, San Claudio, San Jauran, San Nicolás, San Sebastián, la vida de la Virgen y la crucifixión, son monumentos históricos catalogados.
También están catalogados otros muebles, como un tríptico que representa la Santa Conversión, pintado al óleo sobre paneles de madera, fechado en 1584, que está depositado y custodiado en el ayuntamiento de Ruvigny.
