Acuda a la Oficina de Turismo de Montfort-en-Chalosse para encontrar los circuitos señalizados. En el lugar, deje el coche en el aparcamiento del Halle (mercado los miércoles por la mañana) y pasee por la Bastida. Aproveche para descubrir el Museo de la Chalosse, que cuenta la historia de la vida agrícola del siglo XIX. Vaya a Mugron (galería de arte Rouge Garance y la bodega Vignerons de Tursan), y luego vaya a Maylis para recargar las pilas en la abadía.
