"Logis Marguerite" es una casa rural independiente de la casa principal, en un lugar llamado La Richardière, en la comuna de Courlay.
Hemos intentado mantener el viejo estilo francés conservando las antiguas vigas de roble, pero añadiendo instalaciones modernas que incluyen una piscina. La piscina está abierta del 15/06 al 15/10.
Se proporciona toda la ropa de cama, excepto las toallas.
Grandes ciudades como Cholet y Niort están a unos 45 minutos en coche, muchos sitios turísticos, la ciudad de Bressuire y su castillo a 15 minutos, el Puy du Fou a 20-30 minutos.
Al oeste, la costa ofrece estaciones balnearias como La Rochelle, Les Sables d'Olonnes (1h30 aproximadamente). Los castillos del Valle del Loira, el Futuroscope y Poitiers están a 1h15
