il "Logis Marguerite" è una casa indipendente, separata dalla casa principale, in una località chiamata La Richardière, nel comune di Courlay.
Abbiamo cercato di mantenere l'antico stile francese, conservando le vecchie travi di quercia, ma aggiungendo servizi moderni, tra cui una piscina. La piscina è aperta dal 15/06 al 15/10.
Tutta la biancheria è fornita, tranne gli asciugamani.
Grandi città come Cholet e Niort sono a circa 45 minuti di auto, molti siti turistici, la città di Bressuire e il suo castello a 15 minuti, il Puy du Fou a 20-30 minuti.
A ovest, la costa offre località balneari come La Rochelle, Les Sables d'Olonnes (circa 1h30). I castelli della Valle della Loira, il Futuroscope e Poitiers distano 1h15
