"Logis Marguerite" is een zelfstandige gite, gescheiden van het hoofdgebouw, in een plaats genaamd La Richardière, in de gemeente Courlay.
We hebben geprobeerd de oude Franse stijl te behouden door de oude eiken balken te behouden, maar moderne faciliteiten toe te voegen, waaronder een zwembad. Het zwembad is open van 15/06 tot 15/10.
Alle beddengoed is aanwezig, behalve handdoeken.
Grote steden zoals Cholet en Niort liggen op ongeveer 45 minuten rijden, vele toeristische bezienswaardigheden, de stad Bressuire en zijn kasteel op 15 minuten, de Puy du Fou op 20-30 minuten.
In het westen biedt de kust badplaatsen als La Rochelle, Les Sables d'Olonnes (ongeveer 1u30). De kastelen van de Loire-vallei, de Futuroscope en Poitiers liggen op 1u15
