Frente a la estación, esta vasta galería de arte y diseño contemporáneos se ha instalado en un emblemático edificio de Nancy de finales del siglo XIX. La fachada y el patio albergan la obra permanente Traits d'union, del diseñador Robert Stadler, que aúna arte contemporáneo, diseño y patrimonio. La Galerie Poirel está firmemente centrada en el arte contemporáneo, haciendo hincapié en el diseño.
La galería sólo abre durante el periodo de exposición, de miércoles a sábado y el primer domingo de cada mes de 14:00 a 18:00 horas.
Cerrada los días 25 de diciembre, 1 de enero, 1 de mayo, 14 de julio y 1 de noviembre.
