Cerca del Pont des Tuves se encuentran los restos de un antiguo molino de agua.
Entre los siglos XVIII y XIX a lo largo de todo el curso del río se alzaron numerosos molinos: de cereales, de aceite, de lino, de papel e incluso molinos de fregado de gran utilidad industrial , alimentados por los brazos laterales del río.
La mayoría han desaparecido o se encuentran en ruinas, pero algunos vestigios, como diques, canales de agua y cimientos, permanecen visibles en la naturaleza.
En Montauroux, por ejemplo , hay cuatro molinos de cereales y dos de aceite , además de una fábrica de papel y un aserradero en diversos lugares.
En la cercana localidad de Mons-sur-la-Siagnole se ha restaurado incluso un molino.
