La Maison de la Nature , también llamada “L'Usine”, es un hermoso centro de visitantes sostenible , ubicado al pie de la Corniche des Maures y cerca de la Villa Foncin, en la antigua línea ferroviaria.
Tras la adquisición por parte del municipio en 2005, en 2022 se inició la renovación de la antigua fábrica UTOM (fábrica de residuos domésticos, activa entre 1978 y 1999), a cargo del estudio de arquitectura OH!SOM, para convertirla en un centro educativo. Su inauguración se produjo en junio de 2024.
El edificio ha sido galardonado en dos ocasiones con la etiqueta de oro BDM (Bâtiment Durable Méditerranéen).
Se conservó la fachada original de micaesquisto para que el edificio se integre visualmente con el entorno cristalino de Maures.
Es un lugar de encuentro verde con espacio expositivo, cursos de formación, talleres, conferencias, conciertos al aire libre y actividades de tarde.
En la Maison des Saveurs hay una cafetería-salón de té con productos de temporada y regionales, rodeada de vegetación.
