Het Maison de la Nature, ook wel “L’Usine” genoemd, is een prachtig duurzaam bezoekerscentrum, gelegen onderaan de Corniche des Maures en vlakbij de Villa Foncin. aan de voormalige spoorlijn.
Na de overname door de gemeente in 2005 startte de renovatie van de vroegere UTOM‑fabriek (fabriek voor huishoudelijk afval, actief 1978–1999) in 2022 onder architectenbureau OH!SOM naar een educatief centrum. Het werd geopend in juni 2024.
Het gebouw werd twee keer bedroond met het gouden label BDM (Bâtiment Durable Méditerranéen).
De oorspronkelijke mica-schist gevel werd behouden zodat het gebouw visueel opgaat in de omringende kristallijne Maures-omgeving.
Het is een plaats voor groene ontmoetingen met een expositieruimte, opleidingen, workshops, conferenties, outdoor concerten en middagactiviteiten .
In het maison des Saveurs bevindt zich cafetaria/ theesalon met seizoens- en streekproducten, midden in het groen.
