El Gros Vallat es el principal río del municipio de Ramatuelle y es un ruisseau côtier , un pequeño arroyo costero que sólo lleva agua periódicamente, especialmente después de las lluvias.
Nace en la cuenca remota detrás de Ramatuelle, parte de varias cuencas de humedales cortas que drenan hacia el mar Mediterráneo y recoge precipitaciones a través de afluentes como Liquette , y desemboca en el mar entre Bonne Terrasse y el segmento Gros Vallat de Pampelonne.
