Il Gros Vallat è il fiume principale del comune di Ramatuelle ed è un ruisseau côtier , un piccolo ruscello costiero che trasporta acqua solo periodicamente, soprattutto dopo i rovesci di pioggia.
Nasce nel bacino remoto dietro Ramatuelle, parte di diversi brevi bacini umidi che sfociano nel Mar Mediterraneo e raccoglie le precipitazioni attraverso affluenti come la Liquette , per poi sfociare in mare tra Bonne Terrasse e il segmento Gros Vallat di Pampelonne.
