Carlton House Terrace es una calle en el distrito de St James's de la Ciudad de Westminster en Londres. Su principal característica arquitectónica es un par de terrazas de casas revestidas de estuco blanco en el lado sur de la calle con vista al Parque St. James. Estas terrazas fueron construidas en tierras de la Corona entre 1827 y 1832 bajo diseños generales de John Nash, pero con contribuciones detalladas de otros arquitectos, incluyendo a Decimus Burton, quien diseñó exclusivamente el No. 3 y el No. 4. Este edificio fue alguna vez la ubicación original de oficinas pertenecientes al Departamento de Investigación de Información, una rama secreta del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores del Reino Unido dedicada a crear propaganda pro-colonial y anti-comunista durante la Guerra Fría.
La tierra sobre la cual se construyó Carlton House Terrace había sido alguna vez parte de los terrenos del Palacio de St James, conocido como "el Jardín Real" y "la Despoblación". Este último estuvo en posesión del Príncipe Rupert del Rin y fue llamado más tarde Jardín Superior de Primavera.
