Upper Arley es una aldea y parroquia civil cerca de Kidderminster en el distrito de Wyre Forest de Worcestershire, Inglaterra. Históricamente parte de Staffordshire, la aldea tenía una población de 741 en el censo de 2011.
La estación de tren de Arley en el ferrocarril del valle de Severn, uno de los ferrocarriles de vapor preservados de Gran Bretaña, ha sido utilizada en muchas películas y programas de televisión. La estación se inauguró en 1862 y fue cerrada por British Railways en 1963. Fue reabierta por el SVR en 1974. La aldea también cuenta con un pub, una casa de té y una oficina de correos con tienda.
