Halewood es una localidad en el Distrito Metropolitano de Knowsley en Merseyside, Inglaterra. Se encuentra cerca del límite sureste de la ciudad de Liverpool, limitada por los suburbios de Netherley, Hunt's Cross y Woolton.
Históricamente parte de Lancashire, Halewood se originó como una pequeña aldea que más tarde fue absorbida por el desarrollo residencial como un suburbio de Liverpool. Entre las décadas de 1950 y 1970, el área se desarrolló como un desbordamiento de viviendas para la ciudad. La población de Halewood durante este tiempo aumentó de poco más de 6,000 a más de 19,000 personas.
