El río Dhoo es un río en la Isla de Man. El río nace en Marown y fluye hacia el este hacia Douglas a través del valle central de la isla, pasando por Crosby y Union Mills antes de encontrarse con el río Glass en las afueras de Douglas, donde desemboca en el mar a través del puerto de Douglas. El Dhoo y el Glass convergen para formar el río Douglas. Tiene una longitud de aproximadamente 6.5 mi.
Investigaciones más recientes sugieren que el nombre es uno de los nombres de lugar más antiguos de la isla y proviene del término celta temprano 'duboglassio', que significa 'corriente negra/oscuras'. Este es un nombre común en todo el Reino Unido y es Dulas en Gales y Dawlish en Inglaterra.
