El 10 de septiembre de 1883, el ferrocarril Bala y Festiniog y el ferrocarril Festiniog inauguraron lo que se conocería como una estación de intercambio en Blaenau Ffestiniog, Merionethshire, Gales. Merionethshire ahora es parte del condado de Gwynedd.
La estación fue inicialmente nombrada simplemente "Blaenau Festiniog", siendo renombrada como Blaenau Ffestiniog Central en 1951. Cerró al público el 4 de enero de 1960 y cerró completamente un año después. El B&FR fue parte del Great Western Railway en todo menos en nombre, convirtiéndose en parte del GWR en 1910.
