La Diócesis Católica Romana de Arundel y Brighton es una diócesis católica romana de la Iglesia Latina en el sur de Inglaterra que abarca los condados de Sussex y Surrey. La diócesis fue erigida el 28 de mayo de 1965 por el Papa Pablo VI, habiendo sido previamente parte de la Diócesis más grande de Southwark, que fue elevada a archidiócesis con una nueva provincia eclesiástica en la misma fecha.
Ha habido cinco obispos en esta diócesis. El primero fue el Obispo David Cashman, quien fue consagrado el 14 de junio de 1965. Murió en marzo de 1971 y fue sucedido por el Obispo Michael George Bowen, quien fue trasladado en abril de 1977 para dirigir la Arquidiócesis de Southwark. Fue sucedido por el entonces Obispo Cormac Murphy-O'Connor quien, en marzo de 2000, se convirtió en el 10º Arzobispo de Westminster y, más tarde, en un Cardenal.
