Eel Pie Island es una isla en el río Támesis en Twickenham, en el municipio de Richmond upon Thames, Londres. Está situada en el Tideway y solo se puede acceder a ella por un puente peatonal o en barco. La isla fue conocida como un importante lugar de jazz y blues en la década de 1960.
El nombre proviene de las tartas de anguila que eran servidas por el hotel en la isla en el siglo XIX. Eel Pie Island se llamaba anteriormente Twickenham Ait y, antes de eso, The Parish Ait; incluso antes, la isla era tres aits separados.
