Lakeside es un pequeño lugar en el extremo sur del lago Windermere en Cumbria, Inglaterra. Lakeside se encuentra en la península de Furness y perteneció a Lancashire hasta 1974. Lakeside se desarrolló como un muelle cuando el Ferrocarril de Furness llegó al lugar en 1869. Ahora los barcos en el Windermere ya no tenían que navegar por el Leven y los turistas podían llegar fácilmente al Parque Nacional del Lago aquí.
